Fair Oaks Golf and Country Club is one of those properties where the standard is simply higher. The management team likes the place spotless — and they mean it. They call us in on a rotating basis to clean sidewalks, curbs, buildings, roofs, pool decks, tennis courts, and pretty much anything else on the grounds, especially in the run-up to member events and the holidays.

Here are before-and-after shots from a recent round of brick cleaning across the clubhouse entrances, cart paths, and locker-room walkways. The brick had gone flat and grey with years of tannins, mildew, and traffic. After a proper hot-water wash the original color came right back.

Brick That Looks Brand New Again

Older brick pavers hold onto everything — oak tannins, foot traffic residue, algae in the low spots, and calcium haze from irrigation. The trick is heat and the right chemistry, not brute pressure. Crank the wand too hard on aged brick and you strip the face of the pavers or blow the sand right out of the joints. We dial it in so the color returns and the joints stay intact.

The management team plans cleanings around the calendar — before member-guest tournaments, before holiday parties, before big weekends — so guests always walk up to a clean entrance, clean cart drop, and a clean pool deck.
