A Community That Looks Cared For

Exterior cleaning that residents and prospects notice immediately.

Clean breezeways, sharp building elevations, fresh-looking entries, and bright common walkways change how a property feels the moment someone drives in. Texas Pure Clean partners with apartment and condo property managers, owners, asset managers, and community teams across San Antonio, Boerne, and the Hill Country to keep multi-unit communities looking actively cared for — the kind of curb appeal that helps leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction. For association-owned shared assets like monuments, perimeter walls, and clubhouse amenities, see the HOA and private community page.

Every property is different, so we tailor the plan — method, sequencing, access, and timing — to your buildings, surfaces, and how residents actually use the community. Related scopes live under commercial services, including commercial pressure washing, building cleaning, and hot water pressure cleaning.

Areas Residents Notice First

The high-visibility areas we clean in a multi-unit scope.

These are the parts of the community that shape first impressions — entries, breezeways, walkways, elevations, and shared common areas. We tailor the exact list to your property.

Building Façades

Exterior walls on apartment, condo, and townhome buildings where the surface, coating, and access are appropriate.

Breezeways & Corridors

Interior-corridor breezeways, shared open-air hallways, and connector walkways between units.

Stairs & Landings

Shared stairwells, landings, and railings scoped based on material, coating, and residents overhead and below.

Sidewalks & Entries

Building entries, front walks, and common-area flatwork throughout the property.

Clubhouse & Leasing Exterior

Leasing office, clubhouse, and amenity-building exteriors that face prospects and residents.

Pool-Deck Surroundings

Pool-deck flatwork and surrounding hardscape only — water treatment and pool interiors are handled by your pool contractor.

Parking & Common Flatwork

Selected parking areas, cart paths, and shared flatwork identified in the property scope.

Dumpster & Service-Area Surroundings

Hardscape surrounding dumpster enclosures and service areas where the surface and access are appropriate.

Lower Exterior Windows

Lower exterior windows where included in the written scope — higher elevations reviewed separately.

Roofs (Separate Scope)

Roofs are only considered through a separately evaluated roof-cleaning scope.

Multiple Buildings, One Coordinated Scope

Planning across many buildings on one property.

Multi-unit properties are rarely one building. Apartment and condo communities routinely include multiple buildings, mixed materials, and resident-facing areas that stay in use every single day. A useful exterior scope treats the property as a system — building groups, surface variation, resident flow, access, landscaping, and drainage all shape how the work is planned and sequenced.

Building Groups & Phases

Which buildings are addressed together, and how the property is broken into phases to keep areas usable for residents.

Surface Variation

Different buildings on the same property can have different siding, coatings, and conditions — method is confirmed per building.

Resident-Facing Areas

Front entries, breezeways, and stairs are visible to residents every day and often set the priority order.

Access & Parking

How trucks and hoses reach buildings, and how parked vehicles are worked around during scheduled windows.

Personal Belongings & Pets

Patios, balconies, and door areas often hold personal items and pet gear — coordinated through management.

Landscaping & Drainage

Beds, turf, irrigation, and where wash water travels across a large residential property.

Amenity Use

Pool decks, clubhouse rentals, and playground surroundings are sequenced around amenity activity.

Resident-Friendly Coordination

Cleaning that works around your residents, not against them.

On an occupied property, coordination matters as much as the cleaning itself. Management sets the resident-facing pieces — notices, access rules, parking, patio and balcony expectations, amenity use — and we schedule, sequence, and perform the work around them so daily life keeps moving.

We'll agree on timing windows, notice steps, and communication channels together up front so residents know what to expect and the work happens smoothly.

Turnover, Capital & Recurring Options

Ways we work with your property.

Some communities start with a turnover-focused scope on a specific building, others with a capital-improvement scope across the property, and others with a one-time cleanup ahead of an event, inspection, or leasing push. From there, many properties move into a recurring cadence that keeps the community consistently sharp.

We'll help you pick the right starting point and build the rhythm from there. Post-renovation work overlaps with construction cleaning.

Careful Project Workflow

How a multi-unit project moves forward.

01

Property Details

Management shares the property, buildings involved, and the areas being considered.

02

Scope / Building Map

We review the property — in person where practical, or from a building map and photos — to understand buildings, access, drainage, and resident-facing areas.

03

Review & Written Quote

A written quote describes the scope by building or phase, any assumptions, and inclusions.

04

Management Coordination

Management confirms notices, access rules, and any parking or amenity coordination before scheduling.

05

Phased Scheduling

Buildings or areas are sequenced to keep the property usable for residents throughout the work.

06

Service

The crew performs the scoped work building by building, protecting adjacent landscaping and personal items and adjusting technique per surface.

07

Completion Review

The crew walks completed areas before leaving. A formal site walk and documentation are only included when written into the scope.

Complementary Services

Other scopes property teams sometimes ask about.

Not every property needs every service. The links below are provided so management can review adjacent scopes — they are not implied add-ons or bundles.

Service Area

San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country.

The service focuses on San Antonio, Boerne, and the surrounding Hill Country communities that Texas Pure Clean serves. If your property is nearby, ask — coverage for a specific address is confirmed as part of the quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from multi-unit property teams.

Can you work on occupied apartment and condo properties?+

Yes. Most multi-unit properties are occupied. Work is coordinated through management to keep areas usable for residents. We do not promise zero disruption — access, timing, and any resident-facing considerations are confirmed per property.

Who sends notices to residents?+

Notices to residents are handled by management unless something else is agreed to in writing. We do not communicate directly with residents unless that has been set up in the scope.

How are parked vehicles and personal belongings handled?+

Parking, patios, and belongings are coordinated through management. Timing windows and any move-vehicle notices are decided by the property, not by our crew on the day of service.

Can the project be broken into phases across many buildings?+

Yes. Larger properties are commonly sequenced by building group or phase so residents keep access to entries, walkways, and amenities during the work.

Will you remove specific stains from façades, breezeways, or stairs?+

Certain stains respond to certain approaches, and results depend on the surface, coating, age of the staining, and prior treatments. We are happy to look at the area and discuss what to reasonably expect before scheduling.

Do you clean roofs and higher windows on apartment and condo buildings?+

Roofs are reviewed only through a separately evaluated roof-cleaning scope. Windows are handled by the commercial window cleaning service, with elevations confirmed per building and any higher-access work reviewed separately.

Do you offer recurring service programs?+

Turnover, capital-improvement, one-time cleanup, and recurring options can all be discussed conditionally. There is no standing program promised without a written arrangement.

How do we get a quote for our property?+

Call, use the form on this page, or reach out through the contact page. A building map, unit and building counts, and photos speed up the response.
